Hey Emily, to add to what Admin said, I highly recommend visiting the town of Sarchí, known for its colorful crafts and local food. You can find amazing dishes in their local markets. Don't miss out on their handmade wooden carts either!

Carlos, that's a great tip! Also, if you're in San José, the Central Market has some fantastic local food stalls. I've tried amazing tamales there. It's a must-visit for authentic Costa Rican flavors.

I was in Costa Rica last year and tried their coffee. It was some of the best I've ever had! If you're a coffee lover, make sure to visit a coffee plantation. The tours are informative, and you get to taste various brews!
