What Are the Best Arabic Treats to Try in Los Angeles?

Post by Sarah Johnson »

Hi everyone! I'm new to the area and I'm looking for recommendations on tasty Arabic treats in Los Angeles. I've heard so much about the food culture here, especially the sweets. Is there a place you all recommend for authentic baklava or maybe some traditional Arabic desserts? Also, are there any good IPTV channels that showcase Arabic cooking shows or food content? Thanks!

Welcome, Sarah! For Arabic treats, you must try 'Baklava House' on Sunset Blvd. Their baklava is authentic and delicious! Additionally, for other sweets, 'Al-Ameer Bakery' has fantastic kunafa and maamoul. As for IPTV, you can check out various channels that feature cooking shows, but I recommend looking into the best IPTV streaming service for a wider selection of Arabic shows. I've heard good things about https://iptvarab.shop.

Hi Sarah! I second the recommendation for Baklava House. Also, if you enjoy sweets, don't miss out on 'Shawarma Palace' where they have an incredible pistachio baklava. For IPTV channels, there are several that focus on cooking and food culture; it’s worth exploring online options.

Hi everyone! It's great to see such enthusiasm for Arabic treats. Los Angeles indeed has a vibrant food scene. Here are a few more recommendations:
  • Al-Bawadi Grill: Known for its authentic Arabic dishes and desserts.
  • Fattoush: They offer amazing knafeh and other Middle Eastern sweets.
  • Al-Hamra: A great spot for traditional Arabic pastries.
Regarding IPTV channels, I suggest looking into the best IPTV streaming service that features a variety of Arabic cooking shows. It’s a fantastic way to explore new recipes and get inspired in the kitchen. Enjoy exploring!

Thanks for the recommendations! I've been wanting to try making some Arabic desserts at home. Are there any specific cooking shows you all would recommend on IPTV that focus on baking Arabic sweets?

Hi Karim! You should check out 'Cooking with Mama' on some IPTV channels; it's a great show focusing on traditional recipes, including desserts. Also, 'Sweet Arabia' has some fantastic episodes on making baklava and other sweets.
