I'm planning a trip to Japan and I'm curious about the local cuisine. What are some dishes that I must try? Also, are there any IPTV channels that showcase Japanese food or culture? I want to get a taste of what I'm in for before I go!

I would add Udon to your list! It’s thicker than ramen and can be served hot or cold. Also, Onigiri is fantastic for a quick snack!

This thread is super helpful! I’m getting excited just thinking about all the food. Are there any etiquette tips for dining in Japan?

Yes! It’s polite to say ‘Itadakimasu’ before you start eating. Also, try not to stick your chopsticks upright in rice, as it resembles a funeral ritual.

Great tips, Sarah!
Additionally, remember to thank the chef or server with a polite ‘Arigato gozaimasu’ after your meal. It's also customary to share food with others and try a little bit of everything. Enjoy your food adventures!
