What Are Your Food Experiences in Lebanon and IPTV Channels to Watch?
I've been hearing a lot about Lebanese cuisine and I'm really curious. Can anyone share their experiences or recommendations for dishes to try if I visit? Also, I've been looking for IPTV channels that feature Lebanese cooking shows or food documentaries. Any suggestions?

Great suggestions! I particularly love mezze. I also heard about some Lebanese dessert places in Los Angeles. Anyone have recommendations for where to get authentic Lebanese sweets?

I've been to a few Lebanese restaurants and they all had fantastic desserts. Try 'Mzaar' for their knafeh and 'Al Kebab' for their baklava. Both are excellent!

Lebanon has a rich wine culture! I recommend trying wines from Château Musar and Kefraya. They produce some excellent red and white wines that pair well with Lebanese dishes.

Emily WhiteI love how much variety there is in Lebanese food! Do you think there's a way to make some of these dishes vegan-friendly?Absolutely! Many Lebanese dishes can be made vegan. For instance, you can have falafel instead of shawarma, and the mezze can be made entirely vegan with items like hummus, baba ghanoush, and stuffed grape leaves without meat. Just ask for plant-based options when ordering.
