Hello Michael,Thank you for your interest in Bulgarian cuisine! Los Angeles has some fantastic options for you to explore. Here are a few dishes you should definitely try:
- Shopska Salad - A refreshing salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, and topped with crumbled feta cheese.
- Banitsa - A delicious pastry filled with cheese and eggs, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
- Kavarma - A slow-cooked dish featuring pork and vegetables, seasoned with traditional herbs.
- Tarator - A cold soup made from yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, and dill, ideal for hot days.

Hi Michael! I totally agree with Admin_bulgaria. If you’re looking for restaurants, I recommend Bulgarian Grill in West Hollywood. Their stuffed peppers and moussaka are phenomenal! Have you tried any of these dishes before?

I love Bulgarian food! My favorite is definitely Shopska Salad. It reminds me of summers spent in Bulgaria. Is there any place that serves it authentically here?
