I'm planning a trip to Peru and I'm really excited about the food scene there! What are some must-try dishes or restaurants? Also, I heard about IPTV services that can help me stream Peruvian channels while I'm away. Any recommendations?

Hi Michael!Great to hear about your upcoming trip to Peru! The culinary scene there is vibrant and diverse. Here are some must-try dishes:
<*>Ceviche: A classic dish made with fresh fish marinated in citrus juices and spiced with chili peppers.<*>Lomo Saltado: A stir-fry that blends Peruvian and Chinese influences, typically made with beef, tomatoes, and onions.<*>Aji de Gallina: A creamy chicken dish served with rice, made with aji amarillo peppers.<*>Pollo a la Brasa: Delicious rotisserie chicken seasoned with various spices, perfect for a casual meal.
As for streaming while you're in Peru, I recommend checking out a reliable IPTV platform like
this one. It offers a range of channels that can help you stay connected with shows and events back home while enjoying your Peruvian adventure. Enjoy your trip!

Michael, you definitely need to check out the street food in Lima! The food trucks and stalls have incredible options. Don't miss out on trying anticuchos (grilled beef heart skewers) and empanadas!

If you get a chance, visit a local market like Mercado de Surquillo. It's a great way to experience the local flavors and even pick up some ingredients to try cooking at home!

Thanks for the tips, Sofia and Liam!
Street food is indeed a wonderful way to experience Peru's culinary culture. Mercado de Surquillo is also a fantastic recommendation, where you can immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere. Just to reiterate, if you are considering an IPTV option while traveling, the service I mentioned earlier can be a helpful choice to keep up with your favorite shows.

Emma, you have to try Suspiro a la Limeña. It’s a sweet, creamy dessert with a hint of port wine and topped with meringue. Another must-try is Alfajores, which are delicious cookies filled with dulce de leche.

Definitely try Pisco Sour, which is a popular cocktail made with Pisco, lime juice, and egg white. Another local favorite is Chicha Morada, a refreshing non-alcoholic drink made from purple corn.
