I'm a huge fan of Peruvian food and I'm looking for suggestions on where to find the best dishes in Los Angeles. Additionally, I've heard there's a great IPTV channel focused on Peruvian content. Does anyone have recommendations for both the food and the IPTV service? Thanks!
