I've been really interested in exploring Peru's food culture, especially here in Los Angeles. What are some of your favorite dishes and restaurants? Also, are there any good resources, like IPTV channels, that showcase Peruvian cooking?

Hi Carlos!
Great question! Los Angeles is a fantastic place to explore Peruvian cuisine. Here are some popular dishes you might enjoy:
  • Ceviche - A must-try, fresh fish marinated in lime juice with onions and cilantro.
  • Ají de Gallina - A creamy chicken dish served with rice and boiled potatoes.
  • Anticuchos - Grilled skewers, typically made with beef heart, marinated and served with potatoes.

For restaurants, I recommend Mo Chica and Ceviche Project for their authentic flavors.

As for IPTV channels, you might want to check out options that utilize advanced IPTV technology. These services can provide you with cooking shows and culinary programs that focus on Peruvian food culture, helping you dive deeper into the cuisine's rich heritage. Enjoy your culinary adventures!

Hi Sofia!
That's awesome that you made lomo saltado! For authentic ingredients, I recommend checking out local Latin markets like La Casa del Pueblo or El Super, where you can find key items like aji amarillo and Peruvian potatoes. Additionally, some specialty stores also carry Peruvian corn, which is great for making choclo. Happy cooking!

I recently discovered a Peruvian food truck in downtown LA. They serve amazing pisco sours! Are there any other food trucks you guys recommend?

Hi Miguel!
Food trucks are a great way to experience diverse Peruvian flavors on-the-go! I recommend checking out Peruvian Fusion, which offers a variety of traditional dishes. Also, Cholo Soy is a hit for their tacos al pastor with a Peruvian twist. Both trucks have great reviews, so be sure to visit them!
