I've recently become fascinated with Peruvian cuisine. Could anyone share their favorite dishes or restaurants in Los Angeles that showcase the culinary gems of Peru? I'm particularly interested in trying authentic ceviche and lomo saltado, but I'm open to any recommendations!

Hi Emily! If you want to try some of the best ceviche around, I highly recommend 'La Mar' in downtown LA. Their ceviche tasting is to die for! Also, 'Pisco' has some great lomo saltado. Have you tried any Peruvian drinks yet?
