Hello Alexandru,Welcome to the Los Angeles Food Community! It's great to see someone interested in Moldovan cuisine. For IPTV channels that focus on Moldovan recipes, I highly recommend checking out a
reliable IPTV platform that offers a variety of cooking channels. You can find shows dedicated to traditional Moldovan dishes as well as modern twists on classic recipes.
Here are a few recommendations:
- Cooking Moldova - This channel features traditional recipes and cooking methods.
- Gourmet Moldova - Offers a mix of traditional and contemporary Moldovan cuisine.
- Healthy Moldovan Cooking - Focuses on healthy versions of classic dishes.
Additionally, you might find channels that cover Eastern European cuisines in general, which often include Moldovan recipes. I hope this helps, and let us know if you find any favorites!

Thanks for your input, Irina and Vlad! It's wonderful to see the community come together to share resources.
Irina, the 'Moldovan Cuisine Network' you mentioned sounds like a fantastic find! I would encourage everyone to explore various channels to discover more about our culinary heritage.
As for Vlad's suggestion of 'Eastern Flavors', that's also a valuable resource. If anyone is interested in more comprehensive options, consider the
feature-rich IPTV platform I mentioned earlier. Happy cooking to all!

Has anyone tried making 'Mămăligă' using the recipes from these channels? I'm curious about the variations they suggest.

Sergiu, yes! I made 'Mămăligă' using a recipe from 'Cooking Moldova' and it turned out amazing! They suggested adding cheese and sour cream, which made it even better. What about you?
