Hi Sophie,Making a homemade version of Bryndza can be rewarding! Here’s a simple recipe you can try:
- Start with 1 gallon of cow's milk and heat it to 185°F (85°C).
- Add 1/4 cup of white vinegar to curdle the milk.
- Once curds form, strain them through cheesecloth to remove whey.
- Add salt and mix it thoroughly, then let it sit for a few hours to develop flavor.
This won't be exactly the same as traditional Bryndza, but it can be a fun experiment. Let me know how it turns out!

I would say the dumplings are not too hard! The key is getting the dough consistency right. Just take your time, and you'll do great!

I agree! The first time I made dumplings, it took a few tries to get them just right. But once you get the hang of it, they are quite easy! Just follow the steps and don't rush.
