What are the Best Panamanian Dishes in Los Angeles and IPTV Recommendations?

Post by Carlos Mendoza »

I've been craving some authentic Panamanian food lately and was wondering if anyone could recommend the best places in Los Angeles to enjoy traditional dishes. Also, does anyone know of good IPTV channels that feature Panamanian content? I want to stay connected with my roots, and the usual options just don't cut it!

Hi Carlos!
Thanks for your post! Los Angeles has a vibrant Panamanian food scene. Here are a few recommendations:
  • Las Cuatro Milpas - Known for their delicious sancocho and ropa vieja.
  • Panama Cafe - A great spot to try patacones and arroz con pollo.
  • El Churrasco - Famous for their grilled meats and yuca frita.

As for IPTV, I recommend checking out a reliable IPTV platform that offers a variety of channels, including some that might feature Panamanian shows. This can help you keep in touch with your culture while enjoying some amazing food!

Thanks for the recommendations, Admin! I've been to Las Cuatro Milpas and loved their sancocho. Does anyone know where I can find good empanadas in LA?

I also love sancocho! For empanadas, I recommend Empanada Kitchen. They have a great variety and their Panamanian-style empanadas are fantastic. Also, thanks for the IPTV link, Admin!

For desserts, you can't go wrong with arroz con leche and torta de banano. I heard that El Dulce Panama has some of the best desserts in the area.
