Absolutely, Carlos! One great community is 'Cocina Paraguaya' on Facebook. They have regular posts featuring recipes and even live cooking sessions. It's a great way to meet others who share the same passion!

In addition to the cooking classes, I recently discovered some online communities focused on South American cuisine. They often share recipes and host virtual cooking events that feature Paraguayan dishes. Has anyone else tried this?

I second Mark's question! It would be great to have channels that focus on Latin cooking or even fusion cuisine. Any recommendations?
