I totally agree with Michael! I’ve been exploring Lebanese cuisine through IPTV as well. It’s incredible how many shows are out there that delve into the preparation of classic dishes. The visual aspect really helps in understanding the techniques.

Marcus, I love the 'Great British Bake Off' on BBC Food! It's so entertaining and the recipes are amazing. Also, the documentaries on BBC about food history are really enlightening. What kind of international cooking channels have you found?
