I second the recommendation for Restaurant Krajina! Their seafood dishes are fantastic. As for wines, I've heard that Croatian wines like Malvazija and Plavac Mali are excellent choices. Does anyone know where I can find these wines in LA?

I second that! I watched a documentary on Teledoce last week, and it featured some amazing recipes for traditional Uruguayan empanadas. Does anyone know if there are specific shows on these channels that focus on recipes?
