I love the idea of exploring international cuisines! Does anyone know if there are channels that dive into the history of different foods or even documentaries about food culture in various countries? Would be awesome to learn more while cooking.

I think it would also be beneficial to have some sort of feedback mechanism from the viewers in Ontario. Maybe a segment where they can request recipes or cooking tips from LA chefs?
