I’ve been looking for a good IPTV service that has Russian channels. I checked out the one linked here, and it seems promising! Also, does anyone know where to find good quality Russian ingredients in LA?

I've been using the service mentioned by Admin_russische for a while now. They have a great selection of channels, including some lesser-known gems. It's worth a try!
