I love Russian cuisine! I usually watch some cooking shows on YouTube, but I'm considering getting IPTV. Would you say it's worth it for someone who loves cooking?

I made Shchi and it was delicious! I added some dill and served it with rye bread. A perfect match for a chilly evening.

Pelmeni are delicious! Make sure to rest the dough for at least 30 minutes after kneading. It helps with elasticity. I can’t wait to hear how it turns out!
