For me, you can't go wrong with homemade pelmeni. They're comforting and perfect for gatherings. My grandmother used to make them, and I love recreating her recipe. What about you all?

Pelmeni are delicious! Make sure to rest the dough for at least 30 minutes after kneading. It helps with elasticity. I can’t wait to hear how it turns out!

Hello all! I can recommend ‘Taste of Russia’ which has a fantastic variety of cooking shows. Plus, if you are interested in the cultural aspects of the cuisine, they have segments on food history which are quite interesting!

I love all these ideas! I would like to suggest Shchi, a traditional cabbage soup. It’s warming and great for a cozy night in front of the TV. Plus, it's easy to make in a big pot!
