Don’t forget about Slovak wine and Slivovica! The wines from the Tokaj region are especially nice, and Slivovica is a potent plum brandy that's perfect for sipping.

You can't miss out on Šúľance! They are sweet potato dumplings rolled in poppy seeds or breadcrumbs, and they are absolutely divine. Also, Trdelník is a must-try too, especially when fresh!

If you're looking for authentic Slovak food, I highly recommend Slovenská Reštaurácia in the Valley. They have a great lokše and pirohy. The atmosphere is very welcoming too!
