I think it's important to have subtitles available too. It makes it easier to follow along with the recipes. Has anyone found a service that does this well?

I love street food shows too! They really give you insight into the culture behind the dishes. I also find that channels dedicated to Asian cooking really bring out the flavors and techniques that are often overlooked. Any suggestions on where to find more of these?
