I remember seeing a show about Moldovan desserts on the Cooking Channel last month. They featured cozonac and placinta, which are delicious!

I second the recommendation for the IPTV service! I've been using it for a while, and they have a great selection of channels that show not just Moldovan food but also regional specialties from other countries in Eastern Europe.
