I second that! Sarmale is a must-try. It’s such a comforting dish. I also think it would be great to see some of the more unique Moldovan desserts, like Cozonac. Those recipes are hard to come by!

I second Channel One Russia! Also, don't forget about RT (Russia Today) which sometimes features food-related content. I usually watch their travel segments that showcase various cuisines from Russia. Great way to get inspiration!
