I believe the Food Network has some shows that might feature street food, particularly episodes of 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives'. It's worth checking out!

I use a service called StreamLAIPTV. They have a good selection of channels, including food networks, and I haven't faced any major issues with buffering. I really enjoy their lineup. You might want to give it a try!
